Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This is a private website for the personal use of its individual owner. Access may be granted to others on a case-by-case basis.
InvestingInsights.AI is a private site run by an individual, not a company. It collects only what it needs to work and to decide who gets access. Your data is never sold.
What is collected
- Access requests and accounts: your full name, email address, phone number, place of residence, nationality, date of birth, occupation or designation, employer's name, and a securely hashed password. The owner reviews this information to decide whether to approve your request.
- IP addresses: the IP address you used when you requested access, and the address and time of your most recent login. The owner sees these alongside your request.
- Declined and removed accounts: if a request is declined or an account is deleted, the account is removed, but the details above are kept in an archive, with an optional note from the owner, for the owner's reference.
- Your saved work: watchlists, saved valuation assumptions, and questions you ask the AI research assistant.
- Messages: whatever you send through the Contact page.
- Technical data: usage analytics, error logs, and performance data (via Microsoft Azure Application Insights).
Cookies and local storage
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Your browser's local storage remembers preferences such as light or dark mode, and caches some research data for speed. You can clear these in your browser settings at any time; you will then need to sign in again.
Services the site relies on
To run, the site uses a small number of outside services: cloud hosting and database storage (Microsoft Azure), email delivery for verification codes and access decisions, financial data providers, and AI model providers. Research questions you ask the AI assistant are sent to the AI provider you choose so it can answer them. These services handle data under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and data to be deleted, by sending a message through the Contact page. If your access request is declined or your account is removed, you can also ask for the archived copy of your application to be deleted.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
